RCT is very gentle and non-invasive, as well as being very powerful and efffective. The therapist is trained to use RCT with the physical and energy body, and the emotional and mental body.

An important aspect of RCT is that there is no energy exchange between the therapist and the client during a treatment. The therapist maintains strong boundaries around their energy, and there is a distinct “listening” stage that guides the therapist to the specific area that needs reconnection. The therapist serves as a catalyst in making the connection that the body needs.
